Sleep is capping the rest.

Costing the most across the last 28 days of data. So that is the one thing you work on, and nothing else asks for your attention.

Named only after 10 days of real data

The MyPotential Home screen with example data: Potential over 4 weeks reads 77, Steady, today 41 so far. Where the other 23 went: Sleep 12, Calories 3, Goals 2. Below it, Biggest drag, 12 points: Sleep holds it back, with how short sleep makes the same weight feel harder. Luna's blue orb sits in the tab bar.

That is the card Home opens on.

One score and one sentence: what is behind, how it reaches the rest, and what to do about it today. Tap the action and it checks later, against what you actually logged, whether it counted.

It won't guess before it knows.

A week of data is mostly noise. So for ten days it shows today's biggest drag, says that is all it is, and counts down out loud.

Day4

Not enough logged yet

Log a few more days and it names the one pillar holding the rest back. 6 to go.

Day7

Hydration, for today

Today's biggest drag. 3 more days of logging before this reads as a pattern.

Day10

Sleep holds it back

Now it is a pattern, read across up to 28 days, and it stays put until another pillar is clearly worse.

Nothing gets celebrated until the drag moves off a pillar because that pillar measurably got better.

Everything you track. One thing to fix.

Five screens from the app, with example data.

  1. Know why it holds you back.

How it reaches the rest, the research behind it, and whether it shows up in your own logs.

The Why screen for Sleep: how short sleep reaches training, the studies behind it, and a dot row of logged days in your own data.
  2. Log the whole day in seconds.

Sleep, food, training, mind, water. Tick them off and today reads in full.

The Track tab with a ring reading 4 of 4 logged today, and the day's rows for sleep, calories, mind and hydration.
  3. Ask Luna about your day.

She answers from your own numbers, not generic advice.

Luna telling you sleep is what holds the rest back, at 7 h 6 min today, with follow-up questions below.
  4. Know when to push.

Read from last night and how you feel. A watch makes it a measurement, but you do not need one.

Home on the Recovery page: 74, ready to push, estimated from last night and how you felt.
  5. See it move.

Every pillar over time. Days you skip are left out, not scored as zero.

The You tab: 80 over the last 14 days, up 3, with a radar of every pillar and Sleep marked as the bottleneck.

Logging is one tap.

Built for a distracted, one-handed, three-second visit. Try it.

4 water, 95 mg caffeine, 2 meals, 0 sessions logged today.

It reads what you already wear.

Connect once and the numbers arrive on their own. It only ever reads, never writes.

Apple HealthSleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps.
WHOOPRecovery, sleep, daily strain and workouts.
OuraSleep, readiness, sleep score and blood oxygen.

No wearable? Tap to log. Data older than 48 hours never counts toward today's score.

Luna has read your logs.

Ask her about your own data. She answers from what you logged, not from a wellness blog, and she can act on it for you.

Why does today's session feel so heavy?
You slept 5 h 40 last night. Short sleep makes the same weight feel harder, even when your strength is fine. Want me to start a two-week experiment: lights out by 23:00?

What does MyPotential do?

It scores eleven parts of your day, from sleep and food to training, recovery and mind. Then it names the one that holds the rest back, and what to do about it today.

How is it different from my calorie app or my watch?

Each of those sees one part of your day. MyPotential reads them together, so it can see when short sleep is the reason your training feels heavy.

How long before it names my bottleneck?

Ten days of real data. Until then it shows today's biggest drag and says that is all it is.

After that it reads up to 28 days, and the answer stays put until another pillar is clearly worse.

Do I need a wearable?

No. Logging is one tap, and recovery can be read from last night and how you feel. If you use Apple Health, WHOOP or Oura, connect them and it reads them for you.

Who is Luna?

The assistant inside the app. She answers from your own logs and can act on them: log water or a meal, plan your day, build a training plan, start an experiment.

AI requests go from our server to OpenAI. Your data is never used to train a model.

What happens to my data?

Your log lives on your phone first and syncs to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest. No ads, nothing sold.

Delete your account in Settings and it all goes. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Is it free?

MyPotential needs a subscription. The yearly plan starts with 3 days free, so you see your first score before you pay. The App Store shows the price in your currency.

How do I cancel?

In iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before a trial ends and you are not charged.

Who is it for?

Anyone 13 or older. Under 16, a parent agrees before the app keeps any health data. It never sets a weight-loss target for anyone under 18.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. MyPotential is for iPhone.
